unable to use tvhat on raspberry pi5

Hi all, 
I'm giving a try to use NP on my raspberry pi 5 with a TV-hat but I'm having some problems, that I hope someone could help me to fix.

First of all I confirm that the HW is working since I'm using it tvheadend.

Permissions seems ok

But then I don't understand why it seems that my dvb-t device is not recognized.
I've followed thish guide https://github.com/sub3/NextPVR/wiki/Setup-Main

But it seems that on my server it is not recognized the tuner

Do I miss something? I've tried to push alse the button "Rescan" but nothing happens

Can you post your logs? We'll see if there is any sign of the device
