Hello Jorm,

While you are taking requests, I have a couple of wishes:

1. a way that I can turn off a recording. I used to use the ATI AIW cards and their software allowed you to setup recordings much like in the scheduler. However, they also included a checkbox next to the recording. If it was checked, it would record, if it was unchecked, it would not record...the recording was suspended. With the start of repeat season, this would be something very valuable.

2. I not sure how this ties in with your plugin. When I delete a show in the Scheduler it does not delete the shows that are already setup to be recorded. It sure would be nice for it to give you the option of deleting all of the shows setup. I use the Guide2J and even when I try to delete a show in the Guide, it just does not seem to want to delete. I must go to the database to delete it.

I thought about the first one. I actually asked sub to add a new type called suspended. I think he forgot. I still want to do it and export season list and import it as well.

As for 2 it does not apply to my plugin exactly. I might be able to solve it though.

I do have a question for you guys. I use the merge video and ready list which works well. I have started to making mpegs of some of my dvds and was considering adding a movie section.

I see two options. The first is to handle videos differently if merge is selected just redirect its directories to use the movie directory.

The second would be to add the menu option for everyone allowing you to put movies in one location and other videos in the other.

Any preference?

I will take a look at the request this week. I think they are good ideas.

Thank you Jorm.

With regards to your question, I like the second option. I also assume that using the second option one could have the movies and videos in the same directory if they like.

Hey Jorm, this plugin gets better and better--here's a request, when i installed the latest one, it over-rode my postupdateepg.bat adn postprocessing.bat files. So i had to go back and fix all of them. I just thought I'd do an FYI

Hello Jorm,

If I could add a few more items to my list while I think about it:
1. It would be nice to be able to sort the Scheduler display. Currently it only displays the shows by priority. But sometimes I would like to be able to sort the shows by name, sometimes by channel etc. Do you think you could add some ability to sort the list?
2. Is there a way to page down the Scheduler list?
3. The ability to jump to a show in the Scheduler display by hitting the first letter of the show name?

A few minor mouse issues that you may want to look at when you have some time:
1. Double clicking the Conflicts button exists me out of xrecord to the Main Menu;
2. Clicking / Double Clicking on the Exit button in the Free Space window does nothing.
3. When the manual window is open, if I accidentally click outside of it, I receive an error message: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
4. Would be nice to have an Exit button that I could click on when in the FastFind section

If I am asking too much, just let me know. XRecord is great!
