aspect ratio probs with video and dvd

ive searched high and low in the forums, but have not found any answers to my problems. anyway, when playing a videos or dvds on my gbpvr, i get bizarre aspect ratios. im aware of being able to toggle aspect ratios with F7, but none of the options are correct. im basically looking play files with their original aspect ratio settings.

Do they play OK when in windowed mode, is the problem only noticable when outputting to TV?

If so you may want to look at the overscan settings in the config.xml.

i only have this pc on the tv, and im not sure about the fullscreen/windowed situation. ill check it out when i get home tonight.
