Two Video Sequences within Nero Vision Express 3

Opening a File recorded with GB-PVR shows in the Story Board of Nero Vision Express the starting Sequence of a MPEG-File twice. The first Sequence has always a Time Period of 0.04 Sec. The Second Sequence has the length of the whole Video. When I delete the first Sequence I have sometimes Synchronisation Problems (Sound/Picture) with the whole (remaining) Video. I have no Problems playing the original MPEG-File with GB-PVR or Nero Showtime. It seems to me, that there is a gap in the Beginning of the MPEG File. Iâm using a Hauppauge PVR 350. If I make Recordings with WinTV 2000 I have only one Video Sequence (the whole MPEG File) in Nero Vision Express.
Can anybody explain/help me to solve that Problem?
