live tv (hcwirblaster.dll) and playback with recordings

1.when i select live tv it comes up with the error unable to load
(hcwirblaster.dll)

2.when I try to play my recordings i get see video and the controls but the video part is black and white, very choppy and is is rectangles. I have tried it with vrm9, vrm7 and overlay. I have been using intervideo noncss video decoder

1) It sounds like you've selected to use the 'Hauppauge IR Blaster' channel changer accidentally. You only need this setting if you're using a PVR150 and trying to control an external set top box. I'm guessing this is not what you're trying to do. This nothing to do with using the remote control on your PVR250.

2) If you play the same files in another player (e.g. Windows Media Player), do the files look the same? This should tell us if it is a recording or playback problem.

thank you the live tv works now and i instaled the new drivers for the 250 it works perfectly
