I can only hear the volume very faintly on all channels whenever watching live tv ( I have the volume cranked). The video is absolutely perfect. I just upgraded to the new release but had the audio problems in the previous release. Are there any audio settings I can play with? I also tried entering the frequency for channels to see if that would correct the problem but it has not. I'm not sure where else to look. Are the "Connect Pins" settings correct? Should they be mapped the way the logs suggest? I am looking for any information which would help me understand what the problem would be. I love all the features of this product but need to get the sound working.
