Ok I found this
MSDN mentioned that when calling Image.FromFile(fileName), an out of memory exception will be thrown if the image is not in valid image format.
Did you have a file in the following directory
C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\art\Family Guy (any extension)
If it is corrupted it can cause this problem. Maybe try to rename it and remove the one in the folder.jpg and see if the problem reappears.
