I've got an EPIA M10000 and use PVR 350 out and have found that I don't need to use devcon to restart the drivers after leaving standby since the latest drivers came out. All I have to do is stop and restart GBPVR. I put commands in the wake.cmd to do this.

what i have done,
don't use standbye set hard drive and monitor to power down after 30 minutes. this will leave the CPU running and all the driver working. this will give your box some rest but can get back on it's feet in no time without causing any errors.
