automaticly exclude commercial when comskip txt file is found

Hi,

the cutting points are handmade with VirtualDub, but when viewing the
movie within gb-pvr he shows ca. 20 secs of the commercials and then
jumps over it. it seems that gb-pvr not exactly jumps at the found frame ...

i dont use comclean 'coz mpgtx.exe didnt work with my mepg stream ...
i just let gb-pvr jumps over the commercials ...

It works fine for me. It jumps within half a second of where comskip indicates commercial is located.
