MVP versus long video/audio cables & remote extender ???

Re "TV via DVI" - is this referring to connecting the TV out from a standard video card to the TV. I understand this works using "overlay mode" where the program (e.g. windows media player) has to support overlay mode?

Is this correct? In this case I guess GB-PVR supports overlay mode too?

I dont know where you get that from. My TV is effectively a big monitor. I can view everything on it including VMR and Overlay. I may be different for you depending on your video card, and whether its a primary or secondary monitor.
