Has anyone else noticed a fast clicking sound on FM Radio stations on the ATI 550 card (in my case TUL Theater 550 Pro)?

The clicking sound is about the same level as the music and is approx 2Hz and ends up distorting the music. The clicking comes and goes but is most noticable over the 1st minute of selecting a channel.

I've had this problem since day-1, across multiple gbpvr versions, however it is not present on MediaPortal, which proves the card and reception are ok. The fault is only present when using GBPVR.

I had a similar problem that was resolved by setting the recording service to run in "High Priority". To do this, just edit your config.xml file using Notepad. Look for the "ForceHighPriorityRecordingService" line and change it from false to true. If you've never manually edited you config.xml file before, be sure to make a backup copy before starting and don't use anything but Notepad to edit it.
