epg not updating

my epg does not seem to be auto updating how do i make this work

im using the zap what can i do to make it update auto

Post your GBPVRRecordingService.exe.log. Check first that it contains the 3:00AM time, or whatever you have your EPG update time set top.

Possibly you have a firewall that is stopping communication between the GB-PVR Recording Service and the zap2it website?

Alternatively, some users logs had indicated they were having problems connecting to the zap2it site at 3:00AM, and moving it to a different time helped. Possibly because they were too busy at this time. Maybe your problem also.
