EPG not updating - using yapi2xml as source

Been a loyal GB-PVR user since 2005 and I've read almost all the treads before posting this one.

Several weeks ago my GB-PVR guide stopped updating from my EPG XML source: yapi2xml

I've tried various solutions including a fresh install of both applications, registry cleanups, etc...

Yapi2xml is downloading and it looks like pvrx2.exe is updating (I have yapi2xml write the xml file to the root to insure it's not a path issue). I update within config and within pvrx2.exe and still nothing.

But still when I go into the guide I see "(no show details)"

Any ideas would greatly be appreciated as it's been weeks since I've been able to use GB-PVR

Although I prefer the data from yapi2xml over other grabbers, it is extremely unreliable as a data source. It would not surprise me if the data you are getting is old/outdated. Try reducing the number of channels that you are grabbing to a half dozen or so (just for experimentation purposes) and grab new data. Open the data file in notepad and check the dates/times of the programs to see if the dates/times are for present and/or future. If so, then the problem might be with GBPVR or its database. If the data is valid, then zip and post your logs and someone that knows what to look for will probably see the problem.

If I'm reading this right, the data's dated 2009-05-06! Even though I updated the xml just a few hours ago!

I switched to mc2xml about 6 months ago from yapi as it was extreemly unreliable. Its a little more difficult to get working than yapi but its faily straight forward check out the wiki link for more details
