I really think this is a great idea. I for example am thinking about getting a new Video card to replace the onboard that my system has. Well the documentation does not really say "whats required", and has no benefits/downsides of different hardware.(Not that I blame anyone, this kind of thing takes a lot of work/experience with the hadware.)
Searching the forums is mostly giving me crap about ATI vs Nvidia with fanboys on both sides. Bla bla bla. Its nice to be able to have a database with what people are really using, best of all its easy to find/ask questions.

All the parts of my new HTPC Holly arrived last weekend, and it is now up and running (and, of course, http://myhtpc.ljusberg.com is updated!)
