Chanel video system properties

I live in Bulgaria, but 60 of my chanels are PAL_B (Denamark) and the other 3 are PAL_D (Czech Republic). I want watch all 63 chanels, but I must make a choice between 60 PAL_B chanels or the other 3 (PAL_D)
Is there a way to watch chanels with different video system with GBPVR?

I'm not in any way sure here, but you could try creating two capture sources, both using the same capture card. Maybe you're not allowed to do this... if you add another capture card you'll definitely be able to do this, but that might not be an option for you. However, my first suggestion is easy enough to try to be worth a shot.
