Recording quality

Hi!

I use GB-PVR with a WinTV PVR-150.

From the config screens, I try to change the recording quality,
but the setting always revert to "Medium Quality".

What is the problem and how can I do this ?

This is how it is supposed to work. The default is always 'medium'. In hindsight I should have called it 'default' to clear up the confusion.

You can change the medium/default profile to use whatever bitrate and resolution you perfer.

Suggestion: Change it to Default in the next version, and perhaps start a FAQ?

It's such a great piece of software, sub. It would save users a lot of time if a FAQ were in place. After I created one (unrelated) at another site (mentioned in IM) the posts in that forum dropped to less than half.

I know about the Wiki, but I mean something more FAQ'ish, in this forum.

Sorry. It's not a FAQ regarding anything here. Just an observation/suggestion.
