I have a Dvico Fusion HDTV Dual Digital Card. I can get the PCI tuner working using the Fusion T1 Plug In, however I cannot get the USB Tuner working with GBPVR. It all works under the software package supplied with the card.

You may need to add the correct pin definitions for the usb tuner in the bda.ini file. See here: http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=11201

The information in the post from daza67 enabled me to get both tuners working however I am having trouble with mapping the channels. Both tuners only want to recieve a week signal coming from another town off the side of my antenna and will only tune to one of my local transmitters (Prime). Dvico software and Web scheduler both work well. Has anyone got any ideas, I really like the way GBPVR works with my Hauppauge Cards and want to continue using it.

Have a look in bda/dvb-t directory for your country and or city's channel data eg. 0141.ini is for Australia. This file contains the channel and frequency information for locality. Some countries may have a website that contains the channel and frequency information for your location eg. http://www.dba.org.au/index.asp?sectionID=22

Edit this ini file and remove frequencies you do not want GBPVR to scan. You may also find some of the channel offset information is incorrect as in my case a 125kHz offset is used for some channels. My edited 0141.ini file looks like this, channel scanning is dramatically speed up by removing all the unused channels in my area. I found the dvico USB tuner was very sensitive and was picking up a bunch of faint distant channels.

[TERTYPE]
1=Australia
2=All Channels

[DVB]
;Position = Channelname,Frequency(KHz),Inversion(0,1),0,Bandwidth (7MHz=1, 8MHz=2)
0=5
1=C6,177500,0,0,7
2=C8,191625,0,0,7
3=C11,219500,0,0,7
4=C12,226500,0,0,7
5=C36,585625,0,0,7

I hope you have better luck with your dvico dual card than me. The usb tuner part would only work via the external USB cable and wouldnt display a picture when connected via the internal USB jumper. I ended up returning the card for another that also behaved the same way so asked for a refund in the end (currently waiting on a terratec 2400 dual pci-e card). I also found gbpvr would record from the the USB portion of the card okay but would instantly reboot on live viewing channel changes.

Cheers
Daza

Having the same problens as you, looks like I made a bad decision on this card. It does work well with "Webschedular" I have moved it to another machine to use as record only. Now using GBPVR with Hauppauge Cards only
(350 & 2X150 with Digital Set Top Box and Pay TV Satelite Reciever.
Editing 0141.ini solved the tuning problem 4 of my 5 local channels are off frequency.

Thanks for the Help

Found a work around for the reboot problem with the "Live TV" and the USB Tuner. Disable "Live Preview" in Misc Config. Try different playback codec's as some cause screen freezeson startup.
I have stopped using Webscheduler although it is very stable it no longer supports MPG.
