Commands for WinTV PVR USB2?

Is there a list somewhere of the commands that the WinTV PVR USB2 accepts, as well as the format in which it sends data to the pc? I don't see anything like that available on the Hauppauge site.

I'm not sure what I would do with such info, though, since the last time I did any programming was in BASIC on a Commodore VIC 20!

There is no information available on the actual commands sent back and forth to the device, or the formats of data used - this is all hidden behind the drivers that Hauppauge provide.

You can communicate with the Hauppauge drivers to record video using Directshow. If you want to find out more information about this kind of thing, your best bet is to download the directx sdk and start looking at the directshow part of the SDK.
