Config crashing after installation

Hi guys,

I recently installed de gbpvr app on my system. Everything when great until i reached the end of the installation where (i assume) the config is launched for a first time configuration.

The thing is, it crashes. and everytime i try to restart it, i get the same results. I tried uninstalling & reinstalling the application but it didnt make any difference.

I have the most recent version of the .net framework so i assume its not that.

I did make a search and read about the Performance Counter thing. but i didnt apply it because the article said it applies to win2k3 and win2k. Since i have XP i didn't dare doing it prior to asking here.

Has anyone had this problem occur on their PC ?

You know what... nevermind, im such a 'tard sometimes! if i had a penny for everytime i asked a question and found out about a few minutes later the solution.....

The solution was that I did NOT have .net 1.1 (i had 1.0) i found out by going to ms update "just in case". i was quite surprised because i was sure i had downloaded it already.

aanyway, sorry for posting a useless post
