Direct start up of "Live TV"

Hello all!
I have tried to figure out if it is possible to start up "Live TV" direct (without going through the menu). Couldnât find it in the forum... Is it possible?

yep, you can use this command line parameter:
-direct "Live TV" a full list of the parameters is here

Works like a charm!
...but however, when using "Exit" Iâm back in menu. Is it possible to just shut it down?

only with 'drastic' measures.
if you are using a hauppauge remote, you can define e.g. the power-button of your remote to send alt+f4 to gbpvr resulting in the immediate close of the application: just add/edit GRNPOWER={alt}{f4} in the [gbpvr]-section of your irremote.ini
