Need help with Gigabyte 6600 and TV Out (Component)

I am glad to see they fixed this in the 8x.xx drivers. It didn't work for me with the drivers available at the time. I didn't think to make sure you had the TV connected and on. Plug and Pray

Thanks a lot for your help also. You got me pointed in the right direction. When I tried the 8x.xx drivers, I did have the TV plugged in and powered on. It just auto detected S-Video and did not allow me to make any changes. Same thing happened on the older 78.01 drivers.

I'm gonna have to give this a try using those newer drivers as well. I could only see component in shades of gray too, so I'm using DVI instead. Problem with DVI is overscan is really bad and cannot be adjusted as far as I can tell. I'll have to give it a shot with the component cables again.
