I have been noticing time when actually at the PC that the channel changing doesn't work right. I usually use a MVP for all viewing.
Say I am currently on channel 220, then hit the up arrow and it sends a 2,then 2, then 5, and successfully goes to channel 225, then I hit down, and 2,2,0 bingo, back at 220.
The problem shows up if I hit up (or down), then hit up (or down) again, WHILE IN THE MIDDLE of it sending the channel numbers.
It will then get stuck in a kind of loop and keep sending 1-2 digits of the channel number until it finally stops, then it will work OK again.
What log would this show up in? I don't think it is the channel.exe that I am using since the numbers show up on the OSD in GBPVR.
