Comskip not working

Comskip is not working for me, it was before. I can't remember exactly when it stopped.

From the recording service log

So it is running.

And there is a text file next to the mpgs that are created. But they are almost empty.

Looks like GB-PVR is doing its part by successfully running Comskip, but comskip is failing to find the commercials. Sorry, I cant help you with that side of things.

Seems like it might be your comskip.ini file, I would delete comskip.ini, comskip.exe and the comskip.dictionary file and reinstall them, in the comskip.ini file the 1st line is detect_method=47 that works fine for me, you might have to adjust the # to something else......

Almost empty is a little vague.
Do the txt files contain any commercial marks?
Does v96.12 consistently skip the marked commercials (dark areas) in the timeline when you play the file?

You are running a (very) old version of comskip
set
verbose=10
in comskip.ini
and try again.
There should be a log file next to the mpg and the .txt with valuable info.

I upgraded to the latest version of comskip and now it seems to be working fine.
