Hi
I am currently having the problem, that when playing a recorded mpeg (or dvr-ms) file, it is as if the brightness has been turned up. The screen is white and it is only possible to see things that are surpose to be black, these are show as yellow or orange. So far so bad When I press PAUSE the OSD is displayed and all of a sudden the video around the menu is show correctly. I press PLAY and when the OSD disapears, the screen is white again. This happens when the renderer is VMR9. If I set it to Overlay the screen is correct all of the time.
I should mention that this happened after I installed WinDVD 6 and selected the codecs to be used Ãn GBPVR. I installed it, because I was using the Intervideo that came with my PVR350 and they were not able to display subtitles on DVDs. That works like a charme with the WinDVD 6. I have uninstalled WinDVD 6 but the problem persist.
I hope one of you have a solution for this.
