Old to GBPVR, but really new to digital TV so bear with me ...

Can anyone shed some light on why when I'm playing back a still recording TS file, do I get 3 AC3Filter instances? During recording there are none. Only one of them has the Audio L an R channel bars going up and down indicating audio??

It's because the TS reader in GBPVR renders all of the audio which could be is in the TS stream.
The AC3 filter you see with the sound is the audio stream which is being used (with whatever mapping you did with your channels)

I think Sub szaid it was to allow for faster channel changes, as it doesn't have to rebuild the graph each time.

if using .mpg mux then you won't get this...it only records/renders the main stream..

Ah I see. That explains all the audios streams in this post: http://forums.gbpvr.com//showthread.php?...post375509

Faster channel changes is good for me :-)
