Error 1935 on Install

I am trying to install and received the following error:

Error 1935. An error occured during installation of assembly.

"wmppia, Version= blah, blah, blah"

HRESULT: 0x8002802F

This is on Windows XP home.

Only 'wierd' thing is that Firefox is the default browser.

Anybody else encounter this error before and have a solution? I did not see any mention of this errror in the Wiki.

Have you got the .Net framework 1.1 installed ?
