PCR150 suddenly no sound on ch 46 in Ottawa

To people fom Ottawa....I've just recently noticed that my PVR 150 doesn't have sound on ch 46 - comedy network...anyone else experiencing this? The picture is just fine though. I'm on Rogers analogue cable.

This happens in GBPVR and WINTV2000...my AIW is working fine though.

It's curious because it only happened once I installed the software decoder to get my AIW working.

Other channels work just fine.
