block of static at top right of screen

Anyone know why this would happen? (see pic Recording_W_Static.JPG) I was away for a week and I haven't changed anything, but it MIGHT have been doing it before I left, not 100% sure. If I play the files in media player full screen (see picture MediaPlayer_Fine.JPG), they play fine. The GUI is fine (see pic GUI.JPG), I just get this static when playing back RECORDED vids through GBPVR. Live-TV is fine, unless I put it in time shift mode. If no one has any ideas, I may juts try to re-install... lemme know.

I seem to remember there were some reports of this in the past. I think it related to a bug with DVXA accelleration with nvidia card, when not using the default aspect ratio...or something like that...There was a thread posted somewhere here that discussed this, and had a similar screenshot.

K, I will search around. I did find the quick fix though. I just remembered that before I left, I loaded the NVIDIA codecs for the MPEG2 playback to try and get rid of the sluggish LiveTV playback. I changed back to the InterVideo NonCSS codec and all is good again. The NVIDIA Codec didn't fix the sluggish live-TV, so no biggie. I really don't watch live TV through GBPVR so I should be ok for the time being.
