TV Guide Time off one hour

I just installed GBPVR and was going to show my wife how easy it is to recored. She noticed that the start time indicated for a program was 6:00pm when it should be 7:00pm. So 1), is there some place to specify timezone? I setup zap2it and specified my cable comp. in my city. I would think that would be enough. 2) Since the TV Guide says that this program starts at 6:00pm, will the recording start at 6:00pm or when the tv show is actually runs, which is 7:00pm?

This nearly always ends up being the PC has its timezone set incorrectly. After changing it, you'd need to do an 'Empty EPG' followed by an 'Update EPG'.
