Hi,
I have a amd 3200+, nvidia fx5200 , 512 MB ram, hauppauge pvr-250 card. I had GBPVR working on my last machine but since then have upgraded and cannot get it to work correctly on this machine.
PROBLEM:
I cant get any picture on liveTV and when I do a quick record I get video and audio but the video is messed up. I see what looks like the ant race or fuzz on the bottom half of the screen and the top looks scrambled, and looks like it may only be showing the primary colors. I have tried the Nvidia Decoder, InterVideo Decoder from the Hauppauge disk, the Elecard Decoder and tried ALL of them using Overlay, VR7, VR9. Basically tried all the combinations I can and I either get the EXACT same look on the recording or GBPVR just reports and error if the settings arent right.
I dont get why all the decoders seem to do the same thing. I tried a different video card. Different drivers for both cards Ive tried, different coax cables, different sVideo cables. Im not sure what to do?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
