one channel missing

Hi,

I have two PCs with GBPVR, one with a Hauppage 150MCE, the other one with a 350.

The one with the 350 is running v0.95.16. The problem is that it does not show or record one specific channel in the middle of the cable line-up (ch 27). The listings are from zapit, and this channel is fine on the list. It also shows fine in the config screen as enabled, but the TV Guide justs skips it, same with the web interface, nor does it record on it (just white noise when recoding in manual mode).

So... channel 27 cannot be seen, yet it is just fine on the other computer.
Any ideas? I have done the EPG update a few times.

As you can understand, it is a question of life and death since this happens to be the channel that broadcasts the World Cup at Rogers(Canada) ! :eek:

Why this channel?? All other 70 channels are just fine!

Any help would be greatly appreciated. TuningAssistant sees the channel just fine at 241250000, yet it is just noise to GBPVR.

Does it show up in the channels tab in config (not the edit recording source list), if so, is the "favourite box" enabled?
In the "edit recording source channel list" you can enter the frequencie in the source channel collum. Make sure you don't forget a zero
Otherwise, you might try to delete the capture source and set it up again.

Thanks for the reply. Here are the answers:

- yes, all channels show up on the channels tab, favourite is enabled
- added the frequency manually

still, same result. Ch 27 simply does not show up on the guide and cannot watch it.

The, deleted sources, added back, updated epg; result: channel 27 is back!
