Settings for FFMpeg to Ipod

I deleted a lot of of my MP4 files in a accidental .bat file meltdown.

I want to re-encode the mpgs using the FFmpeg encoder.

I know I can use the trancode settings but I wanted to do it with a .bat file.

What are the command line FFMpeg settings used in GBPVR during the transcode process to get the same small file sizes for the IPOD.

This is the line in config.xml, I guess it has the needed parameters you were looking for.
