I have two error's with Video Archive (Newest version from the wiki) and GB 97.9
1.
Trying to rip a dvd crashes gbpvr.exe at the point were it tries to mux it together. The mplex.exe routine will continue after gbpvr.exe crashes. I'm not sure what logs to include with this error.

2.
Non of the video's in the DVD folder I've setup are showing up and when I went in the the ArchiveDB-MVp.log I found this:
System.Data.OleDb.OleDbException: The changes you requested to the table were not successful because they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or relationship. Change the data in the field or fields that contain duplicate data, remove the index, or redefine the index to permit duplicate entries and try again.

at System.Data.OleDb.OleDbCommand.ExecuteCommandText(Object& executeResult)
at System.Data.OleDb.OleDbCommand.ExecuteCommand(CommandBehavior behavior, Object& executeResult)
at System.Data.OleDb.OleDbCommand.ExecuteReaderInternal(CommandBehavior behavior, String method)
at System.Data.OleDb.OleDbCommand.ExecuteNonQuery()

The 2nd error is something you can ignore if you are running gbpvr on multiople mvps or a pc and an mvp. In this case one of the instances adds the record first and then it fails as a duplicate for all tht others. This is the expected behavior.

For the 1st problem, if GBPVR crashes (I assume you mean it just flat out dies and disappears) there should be an error in the archive-pc.log and.or archiver-mvp.log file. If you zip all the .log files in your jeff directory and the gbpvr.exe.log file from you main gbpvrf directory that should do it. Note that you will need to capture the logs right after the problem before restarting gbpvr since the logs will get replaced the next time you run gbpvr.

Hi Jeff,
First off, thanks for making a great program and looking into this.
The two issues I'm having are valid I just gave you the wrong error log to look at. The main one is that none of the DVD's that I'm ripping into the DVD folder are showing up in Video Archive. They are in the DVD folder.

The other issue isn't that bad because I can always restart GBPVR, but very much an annoyance.

Got it! Smile
Based on your comment here
I found some jpg's in the DVD folder that were left over from my testing of My Videos and when I removed those images files Video Archive worked.
Any idea why it wouldn't display the movies when their were jpg's in that folder?
