I too would like to try dongle 25_24023.bin
H3 MVP with the latest gb-pvr and it is randomly rebooting/locking up

You really should not use a version 25 or earlier dongle with H3's, it's the wrong internal version of linux and it can't read the flash memory settings correctly.

. . . I recently got an MVP, and sadly, I got the exact and same problem as explained in this thread.

See my logs.

This is the main scenario:

- I open a video (can be a recording, a video from HD or a DVD via XDVD)
- Start to listen to the video
- Some time after, the video freeze
- The MVP reboots
- In the reboot sequence, it fails to connect the first time (failed to load GUI)
- The second boot tine it successfully boots

I also remarked that the video stutters often (another problem), and before
this problem happens.

If I open the logs, I got this:

Secondary scenario:

- The reboot problem also happened once while in menu and once while seeing photos.

I have the follwoing setup:

PC:
- Core 2 Duo E6600
- 2 GB of RAM
- GB PVR 0.99.5

Media MVP:
- H3

Any solution exist yet for this problem ?

If not, when it will be resolved ?

Is one heck of a strange name, perhaps it just doesn't like the télé and é in the filename?

. . . actually, its accentuated (french) characters. The video start, so it
shouldn't be cause by this.

I Have just got a mvp H3 (Model 86022 Rev H3 Lot 2206) and it keeps rebooting, any chance of grabbing a copy of the dongle.
