Visiontek Theater 550 Pro

I know that the ATI Theater 550 Pro is supposed to be natively supported so I purchased the Visiontek version to serve as a second capture card (my first is the PVR-350). Unfortunately, when I configure it in Config I got this error:

"The drivers for the device you have configured do not seem to be installed. Are you sure you want to save these current settings?"

Just to make sure I wasn't messing everything up I installed the included BeyondTV and it worked fine. What am I doing wrong in Config? When I try to access LiveTV while recording something with the 350 I get the error: "Failed to locate configured capture device." Any suggestions?

Both the ATI 550 Pro and the Hauppauge PV350 should be device #1. I suspect you've got one set to #1 and the other #2?

Thanks for fast reply Sub. I didn't think that worked, but after a reboot that night it worked the next day.
