Guide Channels out of order

I tried to use the MegaChannel Logos file but when I copied them into the channellogo folder, they were out of order with the guide so I deleted them. Now when I go into TVGUIDE in GBPVR, the channels are out of numerical order. They are, however, in order the configuration panel for the EPG. Any idea how to get them back in the right order in the TVGUIDE?

The order that you see in the TV Guide is controlled by the Channels page in the Config app. and not the order in the EPG section of the Capture Source section. Have a look there.
