Trouble communicating with Recording Sevice

When I attempt to view live TV, I recieve the following error:

Failed to communicate with the GB-PVR Recording Service. This software is possibly not running. After rebooting, try again.

I just installed gbprv v.20 today, and have no idea how to fix this issue.

What type of capture device do you have?

Can you email your log files from c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr to me at supoprt@devnz.com? Include a link back to this post so I know what they're for.

I feel like a jackass now. It turns out there was a little PEBKAC issue here. The card I bought was an AverMedia M150, which only works with Windows XP MCE apparently. Now I get to ship it back to Newegg.com and get some of my money back =P. From what I have seen, your software is impeccable and the support is second to none. I only wish I could use more of it. Thanks for your time.
