You could enter that -- or you could just enter 'Man' (sans the tics).
The regex thing is useful for tracking your favorite team plus other teams you like (or hate, or whatever).
For example, in baseball, I have
Det|Min|Sox
...which will put anything that matches Det or Min or Sox at the top of my scores list regardless of where they show up on the web page. Here is a URL that details some regular expression options:
