In another thread:
How do you make sure the image it not cached? I'm trying to use @time and @date but it never updates on the main menu or the built in plugins.
Can I add:
<DrawText text="@date" loc="25,6" size="150,34" textStyle="TitleDate" align="Left"/>
<DrawText text="@time" loc="585,6" size="120,34" textStyle="TitleTime" align="Left"/>
Somewhere outside <CompositeImage name="Background"...> and have it up date?
I'm trying to keep the time and date in the upper right and left corners on every screen/plugin. So the header is always the same except the Screenname/Title. It really helps give more feeling of uniformity.
Like this:
[ATTACHMENT NOT FOUND]
[ATTACHMENT NOT FOUND]
Another advantage is I (we) can simply copy and paste the Title stuff from one XML to another and have it work, rather than mess around with the clock in VA on the main menu, builtin cock in the TVGuide etc..
Sorry to be a pest, the more I skin the more I wan't to tweek.
Thanks
Tony
