Client won't play in 98.8

OK - finally got round to installing new version - been busy with work - whenever I end up with free time the pc's recording or the Mrs is playing back!

Installed on the PVR machine without a hitch (so far) - I've recorded to channels at once, my wife is watching an older recording as we speak and all the normal stuff looks perfect!

I'm playing with the Client option on my office pc and the problem I have is that with the Intervideo Codec I get the first frame of video frozen - audio carries on and I can only quit by hitting the X at the top of the window or hitting ALT-F4 - ESC won't backout to the menu and pause etc don't respond either. I'm guessing the gbpvr.exe-native.log would be the one to look at: Can anyone spot whats missing here?

It looks like it might be using Mainconcept rather than Intervideo?
If I select Mainconcept as the playback I just get audio with a black screen, pause etc respond well here.

Recordings play fine in Media Player so the codec's are there.

Anyhelp?

Seems to me like it's loading 2 videodecoders, the Intervideo one and the Mainconcept Video Decoder.
Maybe try uninstalling the Mainconcept one, as it seems not to work anyway. That is if you don't need it.
