MVP screen position in 98.08

Hey sub,

Works been hectic and I'm pretty tired but...did you change the install to keep MVP screen position settings? I just did the upgrade, went into the xml file to add my settings like usual, and they were already there. I didn't see it mentioned in the release notes but then again my eyes are killing me right now. Other than that...I'm running and stable. Great job again! Wish work was this easy right now.

To be honest, I cant remember making any change that did that...but I might of.

hmmm...I'll recheck when I get home tonight. It had more than one in the MVP section and the screen look centered on both TV's. Then I went to bed...

Afaik my mvpscreen settings were retained, during the last installs. Can't remember I ever had to put them in again after setup.

How are people centreing their MVP screen. I tried the plugin MVPScreenPosition but it makes no difference.

Just make sure you use it the right way - you adjust the yellow box to your screen position, and then ENTER the X & Y coordinates/offsets in the config.xml. Also, at least for me, the real change is not implemented until you change the config and then re-start (power down - power up) the MVP.

Correct the plugin is a nice way to find the needed values for the config.xml. It does not make the changes.
