Error 2908 preventing install

I'm installing GBPVR for the first time, and seeing an "Internal Error 2908" when I try to install. After I click OK, installation proceeds for a few seconds, then ends up with an "Error 1935" and fails.

I'm running Windows XP, with a Hauppauge 350 & the standard Hauppauge software installed. Any ideas? All help appreciated - GBPVR looks like great software if I can get it running!

Do you have .Net 2.0 installed?

Control Panel said yes, but I reinstalled it just to be sure - and now GBPVR is up and running (and to state the obvious, wow is it an improvement). Thanks!
