The problem I fixed was failure to download attachments from the wiki, locking up the connection, eventually leading to web server reaching its maximum configured 256 simultaneous connections, leaving none available for browsing the wiki or downloading the GB-PVR installer.

Sent Blader_se a PM on this.....I am still getting the insufficent access error....Sad
