Web Admin User Interface Issue

While I can access and use Web Admin (v9808) I only 'see' a very generic interface i.e. white background and hyperlinks. Previously I used to see the more detailed format with blue/black bacground and menu tabs etc.

-> can any one advise which settings I need to modify to see the full format?

go to config tab in web admin, change blank to something else.

I knew that it must be something simple but didn't know where to start!
