xdvd problem

Hi,
I installed the xdvd plugin and I get: Error:An OLE DB provider was not specified in the ConnectionString. An example would be, 'Provider=SQLOEDB;,. Does anybody have any ideas what I did wrong? Thanks, skycoaster

I am getting the same error after upgrading to 98.13b.
I have been using XDVD fine with 96.08, but now when I get the same error message as skycoaster when it tries to play the video ( or start vlc ). Does anybody have XDVD working with 98.13b ?, any ideas ? Thnx

Just found this old forum thread that looks like the fix.

Yes, that fixes it.
You need to change the settings.xml file to point to the folder where your VOBS are stored as described further down the post.
