install error

Aha!!! Some success!!! I first installed .NET framework 1.1 and then 2.0, then installed GBPVR 09808. It worked! I then installed 09813 over top with out uninstalling 09808, and it now works, too! Maybe I'm just lucky; your mileage may vary.
