One channel only?

I just installed GB-PVR and everything looks great, except that I can't change channels. The listing says I'm on a different channel, but the video feed is always from the same one.
What can I do?

Are you using the tuner on your device, or svideo/composite? If the latter, then you need to add something like an IR Blaster to change channels on satelite/cable box its connected to.
