Renamerecording help

I'm having a problem with the renamerecording utility. I just finished updating GBPVR to the newest version. Actually, I did a fresh install to clean out all of the things I wasn't using. The update was done on the same computer and WinXP installation so there should be no problems with missing files????
For the renamerecording utility, I downloaded the one on the wiki and used the postprocessing file from the old installation so the syntax did not change. Now after I record, I get the following in the rename.log file.

I'm sure that this is telling me something that I'm doing wrong but I'm not sure what it is. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
