98.17 - Listening to FM but scheduled recording didn't override and record

I remember when I'm watching Live TV and if there's a pending recording it would automatically kick me out and start recording the scheduled recording.

But this time when i was listening to the FM, it didnt kick me out but just kept playing. Is this normal?
