Hi everyone,
I have setup a windows 2003 server for my GBPVR system, XP was just to finniky for me, 2003 seems way more stable.
Everything is working great except for my IR remote. It is the one that came with the PVR150MCE, it's USB attached, and it is a MCE remote, even has the big green Windows button on it. This used to work fine under XP, but under 2003, it dosn't want to function. Funny thing is, the drivers and software are all installed and appear to be working, I even downloaded the latest version from the Hauppage site, but to no avail.
Has anyone had any experience with this? or can even point me in the riht direction?
The ir.exe program that Hauppage provides, along with the tray icon are of little help, I wish it had some diagnostics bult into it, or could at least tell me if it is receiving anything when I push a button.
I have tried telling the program to run as XP for compatability mode, but still no go... Other then this little issue, my GBPVR system is excellent and working great.
Any help on this matter would be appreciated.
Thanks
